Your Invitation Status and Acceptance

• Districts/schools will notify you no later than 2/21/2025 of your invitation status.
• You have until 3/21/2025 to make a decision in your Choice Portal.
• If you have multiple invitations, you will only be able to accept to one school. Once this is done, all other applications will be withdrawn or declined.
• If you are not planning to accept any invitations, then you should decline the invitation in order to provide this notification to the district/school.
• If you are placed on a waiting list, that list will be maintained until the first day of the applying school year, even if you accept an invitation to another school.

General Recommendations

• Review the Choice Policies for all districts/schools for which you plan to apply. This information can typically be found on the Choice or Admissions page of the District/School.
• Plan to visit your school(s) of choice to learn about the school and programs they offer.

Register for the 2025-26 School Year

Because Cab Calloway is a magnet school, we cannot participate in online registration. After accepting your invitation to Cab Calloway, you will receive an email in regards to registration documents and course selection.
